Katrina started her real estate career in 1999 and has built a very successful real estate business. She consistently makes herself available at all times for her clients and her in-depth knowledge of the surrounding market comes from growing up in the Silicon Valley. Her commercial real estate background has given her an in-depth understanding of contracts and has excelled her negotiating skills for her residential and commercial clients.
Katrina’s business model has always been “Bigger Is Not Always Better”. While her high sales volume has earned her recognition, she manages to keep her service personal, with a boutique style. From the pre-sale or leasing process through to the close of the property, Katrina’s manages all aspects of the transaction including the property preparation, marketing, contract negotiations and closing. After the close of the property, she remains in contact as a trusted real estate advisor.
